Horbury ACS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sultan Baroun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mortada Al Mofede who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Masuod Al Fadhalah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Yazeed Al Dowaisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Horbury ACS's goalkeeper Masuod Al Fadhalah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mortada Al Mofede. Sadeq Al Azmi's late challenge caught a Damac's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sadeq Al Azmi helped the player get up and apologised. Sadeq Al Azmi kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Sultan Baroun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Masuod Al Fadhalah made a huge save. A collision led to Damac getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Dhari Al Amer hit a great ball. Masuod Al Fadhalah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mortada Al Mofede in the 35th minute of the match. Nawaf Al Najdi scored 3-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Masuod Al Fadhalah, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 42 minutes into the match, Horbury ACS's goal looked a bit too open when Nawaf Al Najdi came free, but Masuod Al Fadhalah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Masuod Al Fadhalah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mortada Al Mofede went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mortada Al Mofede to strike the kick off in the second half. Masuod Al Fadhalah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nawaf Al Najdi in the 52nd minute of play. Masuod Al Fadhalah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mortada Al Mofede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horbury ACS's Masuod Al Fadhalah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nawaf Al Najdi in the 54th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Sultan Baroun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Masuod Al Fadhalah. Horbury ACS's Masuod Al Fadhalah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nawaf Al Najdi in the 68th minute of play. Masuod Al Fadhalah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nawaf Al Najdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Nawaf Al Najdi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Masuod Al Fadhalah was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute Mortada Al Mofede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Masuod Al Fadhalah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nawaf Al Najdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Masuod Al Fadhalah having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sultan Baroun in the 92nd minute of play forced Horbury ACS's goalkeeper Masuod Al Fadhalah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horbury ACS's Masuod Al Fadhalah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sultan Baroun in the 94th minute of play. Masuod Al Fadhalah came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Damac's Nawaf Al Najdi. But to his dismay, Nawaf Al Najdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1.
