Frimley Stadium

Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ghanim Al Kandere made the kick off which started today's match. If Ameer Al Hajri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frimley's Ghaith Al Herz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ameer Al Hajri in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Frimley's goal looked a bit too open when Ghanim Al Kandere came free, but Ghaith Al Herz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Ghanim Al Kandere made a precise shot to the right of Ghaith Al Herz. Frimley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 23 played minutes Frimley got a freekick which was hit by Mosa Hayat. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Waleed Al Wazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crystal Palace FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waleed Al Wazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ghaith Al Herz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, Frimley's Khalefa Al Khaled sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ghazi Al Sayer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nawaf Abo Al Hasan in the 28th minute of play forced Crystal Palace FC's goalkeeper Ghazi Al Sayer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Nawaf Abo Al Hasan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ghazi Al Sayer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Crystal Palace FC's Ghazi Al Sayer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Crystal Palace FC from getting a goal against them. Nawaf Abo Al Hasan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghazi Al Sayer having to interfere. Khalefa Al Khaled in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ghazi Al Sayer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ghaith Al Herz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ameer Al Hajri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes, Falah Al Dekhel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frimley and the Crystal Palace FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Falah Al Dekhel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nawaf Abo Al Hasan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Frimley players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crystal Palace FC were winning 0-3.
Nawaf Abo Al Hasan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Nawaf Abo Al Hasan stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Crystal Palace FC's defenders and the ball went out. Frimley appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. Ghaith Al Herz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ghanim Al Kandere, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Crystal Palace FC's Ghanim Al Kandere in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 79th minute, Ghanim Al Kandere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 81 minutes, Ghanim Al Kandere managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crystal Palace FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ghanim Al Kandere was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manaf Al Saffar hit a great ball. Ghaith Al Herz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ghanim Al Kandere's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. After 95 played minutes Frimley got a freekick which was hit by Nizar Taqi. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Crystal Palace FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
