Spectators: 10829 (Terracing: 8123, Seating: 2490, VIP seats: 216) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zahid Yusifov made the kick off which started today's match. Falah Al Qattan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Dias having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Steeple Claydon City's goal looked a bit too open when Zahid Yusifov came free, but Mosalam Al Srae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes Steeple Claydon City got a freekick which was hit by Ghaith Al Abdullah. Steeple Claydon City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Giovanni Barreto scored to the left of an out of position Mosalam Al Srae, making the score, 1-0. Giovanni Barreto in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mosalam Al Srae, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to SLYTHERIN getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Zahid Yusifov hit a great ball. Ghanim Shams hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute Florian Lenertej shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mosalam Al Srae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes SLYTHERIN got a freekick which was hit by Qasem Al Qatam. 22 minutes into the game, Florian Lenertej recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mosalam Al Srae. Florian Lenertej showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Barreto in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mosalam Al Srae saved Steeple Claydon City from getting behind. Sobah Al Asuosi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fabiano Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Giovanni Barreto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mosalam Al Srae. That made the score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. Steeple Claydon City's Mosalam Al Srae proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Steeple Claydon City from getting a goal against them. Qasem Al Qatam made a great header on SLYTHERIN's corner, it was just that Steeple Claydon City's Mosalam Al Srae managed to reach the ball for a save. 38 minutes into the match, Florian Lenertej notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Steeple Claydon City's Mosalam Al Srae. Mosalam Al Srae was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mosalam Al Srae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. SLYTHERIN were furious when Telmo Rocandia was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 42nd minute, one of SLYTHERIN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SLYTHERIN. After 47 played minutes Steeple Claydon City got a freekick which was hit by Falah Al Qattan. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Falah Al Qattan made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Qasem Al Qatam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SLYTHERIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The long shot by Ammar Al Sharah in the 58th minute really tested Fabiano Dias's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Steeple Claydon City's Ghaith Al Abdullah got a free kick in the 60th minute. Qasem Al Qatam, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mosalam Al Srae came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by SLYTHERIN's Zahid Yusifov. But to his dismay, Zahid Yusifov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Mosalam Al Srae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Barreto in the 66th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Steeple Claydon City's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Barreto came free, but Mosalam Al Srae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zahid Yusifov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Barreto took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mosalam Al Srae. Mosalam Al Srae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovanni Barreto in the 80th minute of play forced Steeple Claydon City's goalkeeper Mosalam Al Srae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mosalam Al Srae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Mosalam Al Srae came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by SLYTHERIN's Zahid Yusifov. But to his dismay, Zahid Yusifov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 97th minute, Urmas Saluste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that SLYTHERIN were the better team. SLYTHERIN's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
