Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Younis Taqi took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Saudi Pro Team City booed when Penistone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarah Shrean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bassam Al Hadad was a little too slow when Salem Bo Shehri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 23rd match minute, Penistone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faraj Al Saffar to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Naem Al Habshi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Younis Taqi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mnawer Boften tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Shaheen Al Sallal came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Saudi Pro Team City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shaheen Al Sallal couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Younis Taqi in the 36th minute of play forced Penistone's goalkeeper Mnawer Boften to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th match minute, Saudi Pro Team City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sharf Al Hindi to maneuver through the defense. After 42 minutes, Younis Taqi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saudi Pro Team City and the Penistone players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saudi Pro Team City's Younis Taqi got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Younis Taqi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Penistone's goal looked a bit too open when Shaheen Al Sallal came free, but Mnawer Boften reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Naem Al Habshi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play Saudi Pro Team City's Younis Taqi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Penistone booed when Saudi Pro Team City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Younis Taqi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sameer Al Enzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mnawer Boften having to make a save. After 75 minutes of play, Penistone's Salem Bo Shehri made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bassam Al Hadad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shaheen Al Sallal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mnawer Boften having to make a save. Shaheen Al Sallal kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Bassam Al Hadad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naem Al Habshi in the 88th minute of play. Sameer Al Enzi kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Saudi Pro Team City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Penistone had won, even though Saudi Pro Team City had held more of the ball.
