An unexpectedly hard shot by Salem Bo Shehri in the 13th minute of play forced Tadcaster City's goalkeeper Luke Warren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aws Al Harban got free with Mnawer Boften in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Halim Aker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mnawer Boften was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Mnawer Boften made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamal Al Abdullah in the 22nd minute of play. Mahmoud Al Herz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Naem Al Habshi in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luke Warren saved Tadcaster City from getting behind. With 29 minutes on the clock, Franklin Pirani commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Penistone booed when Tadcaster City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aws Al Harban didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Salem Bo Shehri put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Luke Warren. In the 41st minute Naem Al Habshi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Warren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Halim Aker made a precise shot to the right of Mnawer Boften. Penistone's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 played minutes Tadcaster City got a freekick which was hit by Tayfur Maksut. Naem Al Habshi, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Naem Al Habshis short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Luke Warren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tadcaster City's Luke Warren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Tadcaster City from getting a goal against them. After 59 minutes of play, Tadcaster City's Panait Tătaru made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mnawer Boften was left in no man's land by his defense there! Naem Al Habshi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Warren having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Naem Al Habshi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Luke Warren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salem Bo Shehri in the 69th minute of play. Panait Tătaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luke Warren made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Naem Al Habshi sent off a good shot on target. Panait Tătaru struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Mnawer Boften didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tadcaster City. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aws Al Harban in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mnawer Boften prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aws Al Harban hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Panait Tătaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mnawer Boften tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mahmoud Al Herz hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Tadcaster City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
