The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Ad Academy's zone, Falah Al Qattan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Espinoza came out of the goal and Falah Al Qattan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-0 became the score in the 25th minute when Pankracy Zatorski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mosalam Al Srae made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basel Al Balool in the 40th minute. In the 44thth minute of the game Falah Al Qattan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ad Academy's Jacinto Espinoza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pankracy Zatorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Falah Al Qattan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Ad Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farhan Al Fadhalah to maneuver through the defense. Falah Al Qattan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Jacinto Espinoza made a huge save. 56 minutes into the match, Ad Academy's Basel Al Balool sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mosalam Al Srae narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Steeple Claydon City's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
