In the 13thth minute of the game Silvestr Afinogenov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kyzyl FC's Emmanuil Ginev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvestr Afinogenov in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuil Ginev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Gusarov got free with Potap Gnedich in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Potap Gnedich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislav Malkevich in the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvestr Afinogenov in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emmanuil Ginev saved Kyzyl FC from getting behind. In the 24th minute Andrey Kornilov suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Valeriy Kuvshinov fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prokopyevsk's protests and gave Valeriy Kuvshinov a yellow card for diving instead. Valeriy Kuvshinov kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 30 minutes, Silvestr Afinogenov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prokopyevsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestr Afinogenov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Silvestr Afinogenov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emmanuil Ginev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Kyzyl FC booed when Prokopyevsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frol Andreev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prokopyevsk's Silvestr Afinogenov got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kyzyl FC's goalkeeper Emmanuil Ginev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Stanislav Belostotskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Kyzyl FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Prokopyevsk were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pavel Gusarov made a kick off. In the 60th minute of the match Vladimir Detkov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emmanuil Ginev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vadim Sergunin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Kyzyl FC's goalkeeper Emmanuil Ginev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestr Afinogenov. If Sergey Kumov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvestr Afinogenov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emmanuil Ginev. That made the score 0-3 in the 71 minute of play. The goalkeeper, Emmanuil Ginev, was totally fooled by Prokopyevsk's Silvestr Afinogenov, who 78 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Kyzyl FC's Emmanuil Ginev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestr Afinogenov in the 82nd minute of play. Stanislav Belostotskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuil Ginev having to interfere. With his leg Emmanuil Ginev managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Prokopyevsk's Silvestr Afinogenov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stanislav Malkevich kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Silvestr Afinogenov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Emmanuil Ginev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emmanuil Ginev acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vladimir Detkov. When Stanislav Belostotskiy came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Prokopyevsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislav Belostotskiy couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Prokopyevsk left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kyzyl FC.
