In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kursk's goalkeeper Semen Evseev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nevinnomyssk's Sergey Filozov got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 8 minutes, Filipp Bondarenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kursk and the Nevinnomyssk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filipp Bondarenko kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Kursk's Filipp Bondarenko got his second yellow card of the match in the 15th minute. The referee ordered Filipp Bondarenko off the ground. In the 15th minute, Filipp Bondarenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Sergey Filozov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Golubin hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Semen Evseev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergey Filozov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir Borodyuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Golubin during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roman Golubin hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Roman Golubin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. In the 27th minute, Sergey Filozov made a precise shot to the right of Semen Evseev. Kursk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Vyacheslav Kunakov kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Vladimir Borodyuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute Sergey Filozov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semen Evseev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipp Dovzhenko thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Semen Evseev, a very annoying self made goal in the 44th minute which led to 0-3. In the 47th minute Sergey Filozov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semen Evseev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sergey Filozov to make the kick off. When Sergey Filozov came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Nevinnomyssk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergey Filozov couldn't finish the play. Vladimir Borodyuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Semen Evseev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute Sergey Filozov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semen Evseev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergey Filozov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimir Borodyuk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Semen Evseev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 73rd minute of the match, Sergey Filozov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Semen Evseev saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernest Timofeev during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 minutes, Vladimir Borodyuk made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Kursk's Semen Evseev tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Vladimir Borodyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Horvat's late challenge caught a Nevinnomyssk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Horvat helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute, David Horvat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Venedikt Utekhin in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Semen Evseev saved Kursk from getting behind. Vladimir Borodyuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semen Evseev having to interfere. Nevinnomyssk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
