Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gennadiy Kormuhin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Levkovskiy in the 16th minute of play. Eduard Pavlov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gennadiy Kormuhin having to interfere. Eduard Pavlov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Mikhail Babel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Daniil Efremov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Leonid Levkovskiy made a precise shot to the right of Gennadiy Kormuhin. Sergiev Posad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 27 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goalkeeper Svyatoslav Babinov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuriy Chernozhukov. Sergey Galkin struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Gennadiy Kormuhin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. The Arsenal fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Arsenal's Eduard Pavlov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Sergiev Posad FC's zone, Sergey Galkin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gennadiy Kormuhin came out of the goal and Sergey Galkin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gennadiy Kormuhin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Pavlov in the 37th minute of the match. Mikhail Babel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gennadiy Kormuhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Sergey Galkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenal's Eduard Pavlov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gennadiy Kormuhin. That made the score 0-5 after 56 minutes of play. Svyatoslav Babinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Savin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Arsenal getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sergey Galkin hit a great ball. After 64 minutes, Sergey Galkin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal and the Sergiev Posad FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergey Galkin to maneuver through the defense. Svyatoslav Babinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Savin in the 67th minute of the match. Sergey Karpin kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Gennadiy Kormuhin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sergey Galkin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 73 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Leonid Levkovskiy notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Sergiev Posad FC's Gennadiy Kormuhin. Gennadiy Kormuhin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gennadiy Kormuhin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Pavlov in the 80th minute of the match. When Daniil Efremov fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sergiev Posad FC's protests and gave Daniil Efremov a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sergiev Posad FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Daniil Efremov hit a great ball. Eduard Pavlov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Gennadiy Kormuhin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eduard Pavlov struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gennadiy Kormuhin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Svyatoslav Babinov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match was over Arsenal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sergiev Posad FC throughout the match.
