The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Ilchenko got free with Danila Lishin in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st match minute, Arkhangelsk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kirill Dobridnyuk to maneuver through the defense. Illarion Pastuhov charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Illarion Pastuhov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petr Davydov was the one to do the kick off. Oleg Boyarinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Eletskih having to interfere. Oleg Boyarinov took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Eletskih. Denis Eletskih dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Petr Davydov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Denis Eletskih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Emmanuil Zhukov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vladikavkaz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emmanuil Zhukov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petr Davydov in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Eletskih prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, Emmanuil Zhukov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danila Lishin. Arkhangelsk FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emmanuil Zhukov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Vladikavkaz's Emmanuil Zhukov in 74 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Danila Lishin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Oleg Boyarinov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arkhangelsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oleg Boyarinov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Eletskih breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petr Davydov in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Eletskih saved Vladikavkaz from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Petr Romadin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vladikavkaz's supporters rose to their feet, but Petr Romadin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danila Lishin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Arkhangelsk FC's zone, Felix Ilchenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danila Lishin came out of the goal and Felix Ilchenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Arkhangelsk FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
