If Yaroslav Gratsilev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Timofey Akulich fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™'s protests and gave Timofey Akulich a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™ getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Timofey Akulich hit a great ball. When Yaroslav Gratsilev came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yaroslav Gratsilev couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes, Vadim Lobanovskiy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™ and the Сибирь players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arkadiy Sidorov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timofey Akulich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, Сибирь was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislav Dzyuba to maneuver through the defense. Yaroslav Gratsilev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimir Makeev was the one to do the kick off. ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™'s Vladimir Makeev got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Yaroslav Gratsilev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimir Makeev took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arkadiy Sidorov. Arkadiy Sidorov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Arkadiy Lazarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Сибирь's Arkadiy Sidorov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Makeev in the 69th minute of play. Arkadiy Sidorov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yaroslav Gratsilev went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Yaroslav Gratsilev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiy Sidorov having to interfere. Vladimir Makeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™'s Arkadiy Lazarev got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 played minutes ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™ got a freekick which was hit by Arkadiy Lazarev. Yaroslav Gratsilev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arkadiy Sidorov came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by ФК Экскаватортяжмашстрой™'s Yaroslav Gratsilev. But to his dismay, Yaroslav Gratsilev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Yaroslav Gratsilev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiy Sidorov having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
