Kir Bulanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karp Babkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Vitaliy Durmashkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Iskander Grishin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrey Bentovin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iskander Grishin having to interfere. Iskander Grishin was a little too slow when Andrey Bentovin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 3-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrey Bentovin to strike the kick off in the second half. When Karp Babkin fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stavropol FC's protests and gave Karp Babkin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Stavropol FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play.
