Denis Maslov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Yuriy Podkopalov made a huge save. Roman Gulbinskiy's late challenge caught a Korolev's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Gulbinskiy helped the player get up and apologised. Roman Gulbinskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Korolev's Ilya Tolbuhin in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Korolev FC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Korolev booed when Korolev FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efim Kovyzhenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 played minutes Korolev FC got a freekick which was hit by Vsevolod Bignov. Yaroslav Ostankin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Korolev FC's Roman Gulbinskiy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yuriy Podkopalov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ilya Tolbuhin to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Roman Gulbinskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korolev FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Gulbinskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ippolit Orlov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Chervitskiy in the 76th minute. Yuriy Podkopalov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roman Gulbinskiy went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Efim Kovyzhenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuriy Podkopalov having to interfere.
