With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rustam Katyrin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniil Malysh in the 8th minute of play forced Seleucia Pierià's goalkeeper Rustam Katyrin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaromir Tarasov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rustam Katyrin having to interfere. The Dinamo St. Petersburg fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Dinamo St. Petersburg's Daniil Malysh looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 24 minutes, Yaromir Tarasov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dinamo St. Petersburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaromir Tarasov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rustam Katyrin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 35 minutes of play, Dinamo St. Petersburg's Daniil Malysh made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rustam Katyrin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute Daniil Malysh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rustam Katyrin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniil Malysh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45thth minute of the game Daniil Ryabushkin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dinamo St. Petersburg's Aleksandr Arnautov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniil Malysh in the 47th minute of play forced Seleucia Pierià's goalkeeper Rustam Katyrin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Daniil Malysh made the kick off in the second half. Daniil Malysh in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rustam Katyrin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 58 minutes into the match, Seleucia Pierià's goalkeeper Rustam Katyrin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniil Malysh. After 59 played minutes Seleucia Pierià got a freekick which was hit by Boris Mischenko. Rustam Katyrin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniil Malysh's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. A collision led to Dinamo St. Petersburg getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Zinoviy Mamentev hit a great ball. In the 67thth minute of the game Valentin Tarasov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seleucia Pierià's Rustam Katyrin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Daniil Malysh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniil Malysh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Rustam Katyrin made a huge save. In the 84th minute Daniil Malysh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rustam Katyrin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Seleucia Pierià's Daniil Ryabushkin in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dinamo St. Petersburg's goalie prevented a goal. Zinoviy Mamentev hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Dinamo St. Petersburg played a much better game than Seleucia Pierià and deserved their victory. The Seleucia Pierià players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
