With a little luck, Ivanovo HC's Eduard Hayaletdinov got control of the ball when Evgeniy Medvedev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduard Hayaletdinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikolay Budakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Pereturin's late challenge caught a Glazov's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Pereturin helped the player get up and apologised. When Glazov's Grigoriy Krivosheev in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ivanovo HC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Ivanovo HC booed when Glazov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yakov Demetr didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Glazov's zone, Timofey Abisalov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksandr Krasilnikov came out of the goal and Timofey Abisalov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emmanuil Kabanov struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Aleksandr Krasilnikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ivanovo HC. Timofey Abisalov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksandr Krasilnikov having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Ivanovo HC's Aleksandr Krasilnikov threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emmanuil Kabanov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eduard Hayaletdinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigoriy Krivosheev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Ivanovo HC's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoriy Krivosheev came free, but Eduard Hayaletdinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
