Konstantin Belyakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irakliy Gordeychuk having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, ZSKA's Konstantin Belyakov made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Irakliy Gordeychuk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konstantin Belyakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irakliy Gordeychuk having to interfere. Mikhail Hrennikov kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Konstantin Belyakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. In the 25th match minute, Khasaasvyurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timur Savin to maneuver through the defense. Mikhail Hrennikovs short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Oleg Aldanov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 32ndth minute of the game Kirill Artemev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZSKA's Oleg Aldanov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Konstantin Belyakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Irakliy Gordeychuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oleg Arishin kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tihon Ilyin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tihon Ilyin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Irakliy Gordeychuk came out and tried to block the shot, but Tihon Ilyin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 57th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Khasaasvyurt's goalkeeper Irakliy Gordeychuk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstantin Belyakov. Oleg Aldanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikhail Hrennikov in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, ZSKA's goal looked a bit too open when Mikhail Hrennikov came free, but Oleg Aldanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, May Maslov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes ZSKA got a freekick which was hit by Gleb Fedulin. If Tihon Ilyin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ZSKA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
