Kirill Turov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Frolov in the 26th minute. If Bianco Farina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. SCHTURM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaudencio Seguinus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. SCHTURM's Timofey Beschastnyh suffered a sore thigh after 75 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Hugon Ciemiega's late challenge caught a SCHTURM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugon Ciemiega helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Hugon Ciemiega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedor Ageev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kirill Turov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Maksim Kolyadko struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Kirill Turov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astrakhan. Bianco Farina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Maksim Kolyadko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astrakhan's supporters rose to their feet, but Maksim Kolyadko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kirill Turov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Astrakhan's Ivan Budach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Astrakhan from getting a goal against them. Maksim Kolyadko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirill Turov having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Astrakhan fans cheered their team off the field, for while SCHTURM had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
