Konstantin Shubin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yuliy Esikov in the 12th minute. After 12 played minutes Novokuznetsk got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Galuschak. Yuliy Esikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Konstantin Shubin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Lopez took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konstantin Shubin. Konstantin Shubin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Novokuznetsk's Konstantin Shubin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Novokuznetsk from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Custódio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konstantin Shubin saved Novokuznetsk from getting behind. Nacho González showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Duhonin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Yuliy Esikov came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Konstantin Shubin could save by the left post. Vladimir Terentiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Konstantin Shubin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Novokuznetsk's Konstantin Shubin got control of the ball when Melchor Lopez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute Edmundas Klusas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Shubin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Felipe Custódio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Konstantin Shubin, 4-0. With a little luck, Novokuznetsk's Konstantin Shubin got control of the ball when Yuliy Esikov tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 64th minute Yuliy Esikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Shubin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, FC NOSTA's Felipe Custódio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Konstantin Shubin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When Vladimir Terentiev came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the FC NOSTA fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Custódio in the 79th minute of play forced Novokuznetsk's goalkeeper Konstantin Shubin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Veniamin Barkevich kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that FC NOSTA were the better team. FC NOSTA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
