In the 10thth minute of the game Cesar Rioja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Republic of Srpska's Emmanuil Kirillov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Republic of Srpska defense, Cesar Rioja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emmanuil Kirillov. The Republic of Srpska fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emmanuil Kirillov should have stopped the shot. Emmanuil Kirillov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Rioja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Geo-Winner's goalkeeper Sergey Sabadash, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesar Rioja in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emmanuil Kirillov saved Republic of Srpska from getting behind. After 29 played minutes Republic of Srpska got a freekick which was hit by Lev Zhdanov. After 32 played minutes Republic of Srpska got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Kapatsinskiy. In the 34th minute, Veniamin Gorshkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Geo-Winner's goal looked a bit too open when David Gustau came free, but Sergey Sabadash reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Republic of Srpska got a corner. Geo-Winner's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lev Zhdanov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Republic of Srpska's David Gustau was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sergey Sabadash in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 40 minutes into the game, Cesar Rioja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Emmanuil Kirillov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vadim Kovrov kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Geo-Winner were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when David Gustau made the kick off in the second half. Sergey Sabadash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergey Kapatsinskiy in the 53rd minute of play. Cesar Riojas short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Emmanuil Kirillov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Emmanuil Kirillov managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Geo-Winner's Cesar Rioja fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Geo-Winner booed when Republic of Srpska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikolay Burlashev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Republic of Srpska's Emmanuil Kirillov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Rioja in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesar Rioja in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuil Kirillov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cesar Rioja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
