The referee showed Semen Rodionov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FCZ 1925's Denis Dolbonosov got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mikhail Buchenkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Semen Rodionov in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Erast Vishnyakov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCZ 1925 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 15 minutes, Savas Likouris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FCZ 1925's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savas Likouris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erast Vishnyakov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Brattsov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Semen Rodionov kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Erast Vishnyakov took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Igor Brattsov to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute, Apatit Kirovsk FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Savas Likouris fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Petr Topilin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Brattsov having to interfere. After 37 minutes of play, FCZ 1925's Savas Likouris made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Brattsov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of FCZ 1925 booed when Apatit Kirovsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksim Osipov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Brattsov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erast Vishnyakov in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Innokentiy Balaban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Semen Rodionov was the one to do the kick off. Savas Likouris hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Erast Vishnyakov took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Brattsov. Igor Brattsov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The supporters of Apatit Kirovsk FC booed when FCZ 1925 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Zakharov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikhail Buchenkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Mikhailov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Savas Likouris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCZ 1925 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Igor Brattsov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erast Vishnyakov went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Petr Topilin struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Igor Brattsov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FCZ 1925. The audience was convinced that Emil Mikhailov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikhail Buchenkov was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 80th minute Savas Likouris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Brattsov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Erast Vishnyakov made a precise shot to the right of Igor Brattsov. Apatit Kirovsk FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Savas Likouris took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Brattsov. Igor Brattsov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. FCZ 1925 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
