An unexpectedly hard shot by Evsey Ivanov in the 3rd minute of play forced Apatit Kirovsk FC's goalkeeper Igor Brattsov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Ruslan Veresov in the 6th minute really tested Igor Brattsov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Apatit Kirovsk FC's Igor Brattsov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikita Beger in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Зилант Казань's Sergey Parshin got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Зилант Казань's goal looked a bit too open when Innokentiy Balaban came free, but Jakob Nazaradeh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakob Nazaradeh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Mikhailov, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Apatit Kirovsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lev Pakhomov came free, but Igor Brattsov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Зилант Казань was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emmanuil Kostochkin to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Apatit Kirovsk FC's goalkeeper Igor Brattsov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artur Bykov. Igor Brattsov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikita Beger in the 34th minute of the match. Apatit Kirovsk FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Lev Pakhomov scored to the left of an out of position Igor Brattsov, making the score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Nikita Beger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Зилант Казань's supporters rose to their feet, but Nikita Beger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Brattsov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Apatit Kirovsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Bykov came free, but Igor Brattsov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lev Pakhomov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Lev Pakhomov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakob Nazaradeh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Mikhailov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Semen Rodionov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Artur Bykov made a precise shot to the right of Igor Brattsov. Apatit Kirovsk FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 67th match minute, Apatit Kirovsk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Innokentiy Balaban to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute Lev Pakhomov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Brattsov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Зилант Казань got a freekick which was hit by Lev Pakhomov. When Lev Pakhomov came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Зилант Казань fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lev Pakhomov couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Evsey Ivanov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Зилант Казань fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 90 minutes into the game, Innokentiy Balaban recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jakob Nazaradeh. Innokentiy Balaban showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Lev Pakhomov sped through Apatit Kirovsk FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Igor Brattsov.
