Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aurelian Axinte took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cazimir Tulbure in the 3rd minute of play forced Bucureni FCM's goalkeeper Radu Crăcană to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silviu Ţintă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Grigore Tomozei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Bucureni FCM defense, Aurelian Axinte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Crăcană. The Bucureni FCM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Crăcană should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Aurelian Axinte notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bucureni FCM's Radu Crăcană. Radu Crăcană was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Olimpiu Cârnațiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Vlădean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to CTL getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Sakarias Persson hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Silviu Ţintă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Tomozei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Aurelian Axinte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bucureni FCM's zone, Gigi Plop stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radu Crăcană came out of the goal and Gigi Plop tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radu Crăcană showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Vlădean, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 32 minutes into the game, Ştefan Popan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bucureni FCM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CTL the free kick. The supporters of CTL booed when Bucureni FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ştefan Popan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radu Crăcană showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigi Plop, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CTL's zone, Olimpiu Cârnațiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grigore Tomozei came out of the goal and Olimpiu Cârnațiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Cazimir Tulbure left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CTL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silviu Ţintă to make the kick off. Sakarias Persson hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in CTL's zone, Silviu Ţintă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grigore Tomozei came out of the goal and Silviu Ţintă tried to chip the ball over his head. Aurelian Axinte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Bucureni FCM's Radu Crăcană got control of the ball when Gigi Plop tried to sneak it across the goal line. Radu Crăcană made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigi Plop in the 76th minute of play. CTL were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Bucureni FCM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Damian Vlădean took the corner. The corner led CTL's Eusebiu Ivăncioiu to fire away a dangerous shot which Radu Crăcană despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, CTL's Gigi Plop got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Olimpiu Cârnațiu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olimpiu Cârnațiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olimpiu Cârnațiu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. CTL's Grigore Tomozei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Cârnațiu in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Cazimir Tulbure dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Radu Crăcană, 1-5. Radu Crăcană showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigi Plop, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Bucureni FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Plop came free, but Radu Crăcană reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
