If Tudor Eremia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 12 minutes, Florin Ciprian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reghin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Ciprian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Ciprian in the 15th minute of play forced Mugesti's goalkeeper Dumitru Condrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florin Ciprian took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dumitru Condrea. Dumitru Condrea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Flavius Coșmeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iustinian Baștină having to make a save. When Flavius Coșmeanu came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Mugesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Coșmeanu couldn't finish the play. Iustinian Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Jastrowicz in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Emanuel Lucian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reghin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mugesti the free kick. After 30 played minutes Reghin got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Lucian. Iustinian Baștină didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 38 minutes into the match, Mugesti's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Drăgoescu came free, but Dumitru Condrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugesti's Zachary Jastrowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zachary Jastrowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Mugesti's Flavius Coșmeanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iustinian Baștină. Iustinian Baștină yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachary Jastrowicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Emanuel Lucian took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Dumitru Condrea to make any attempt to save it. Mugesti's Zachary Jastrowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iordache Zegreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Zachary Jastrowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reghin's Iustinian Baștină was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute Flavius Coșmeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavius Coșmeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustinian Baștină having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Florin Ciprian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dumitru Condrea. Mugesti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florin Ciprian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Thanks to some nice moves Florin Ciprian could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Dumitru Condrea however easily saved by the left post. Flavius Coșmeanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iustinian Baștină read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calistrat Arghir during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Reghin's Calistrat Arghir got a free kick in the 76th minute. Iustinian Baștină stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zachary Jastrowicz's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Reghin's Ioan Macaneață got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Flavius Coșmeanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reghin's Iustinian Baștină was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachary Jastrowicz in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iustinian Baștină prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Flavius Coșmeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustinian Baștină stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zachary Jastrowicz's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Nicolae Gugulanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dumitru Condrea skillfully saved the ball. Mugesti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Teodor Drăgoescu scored to the left of an out of position Dumitru Condrea, making the score, 3-4. Reghin's Iustinian Baștină played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Coșmeanu in the 96th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Mugesti lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
