In the 3rd minute Tiberiu Lupșoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragoş Marica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 4 played minutes Berca FCM got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Proca. Romeo Trică's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragoş Marica read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. When Berca FCM's Dorel Bărnuțiu in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uscaci's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Uscaci getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Florin Horia hit a great ball. Eric Boian hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Berca FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Trică came free, but Dragoş Marica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Rădulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Dragota having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Uscaci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Lupșoiu to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes Uscaci got a freekick which was hit by Florin Horia. In the 34th minute Romeo Trică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragoş Marica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Sebastian Rădulescu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Uscaci's Rareș Dragota. Rareș Dragota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Uscaci's Romeo Trică ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dragoş Marica. Dragoş Marica yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Dragoş Marica stood somewhat misplaced when Romeo Trică came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 46 minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Trică to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Berca FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Trică came free, but Dragoş Marica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Radu Doicaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berca FCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radu Doicaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berca FCM's Dragoş Marica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Trică in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Berca FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Trică came free, but Dragoş Marica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragoş Marica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Horia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radu Doicaru struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Rareș Dragota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berca FCM. The attack was good, but when Romeo Trică in the 71st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to Berca FCM getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Sabin Proca hit a great ball. Dragoş Marica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Trică in the 73rd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Berca FCM got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Proca. Dragoş Marica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Trică, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Uscaci were awarded a corner. Răzvan Muja went to the cornerflag to take it. Florin Horia was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Berca FCM's Dragoş Marica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Trică in the 79th minute of play. Dragoş Marica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Trică in the 82nd minute of the match. Romeo Trică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Marica having to interfere. If Florin Horia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Boian was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, one of Berca FCM:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Berca FCM. In the 91st minute, Dorel Bărnuțiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiberiu Lupșoiu charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiberiu Lupșoiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Uscaci's Tiberiu Lupșoiu got a free kick in the 98th minute. Uscaci's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
