An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Neiva in the 3rd minute of play forced COBRA FC's goalkeeper Dorin Bocșan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebiu Galușcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LUCO TKS's Eusebiu Galușcă got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, COBRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Galușcă came free, but Dorin Bocșan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldinho Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 played minutes COBRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Chițac. Dave Finocchio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Dragota in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes LUCO TKS got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Hudiță. Dave Finocchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciprian Dragota, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Eusebiu Galușcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Bocșan having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Emil Păltineanu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LUCO TKS's Dave Finocchio didn't even have to move. Dave Finocchio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mugur Vornicu in the 30th minute. Dorin Bocșan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zanko Gerovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 44 played minutes COBRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Petre Uncuţă. After 45 played minutes COBRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Vornicu. Ronaldinho Neiva struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Dorin Bocșan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LUCO TKS. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd play minute Eusebiu Galușcă came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dorin Bocșan. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mugur Vornicu during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mugur Vornicu hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Eusebiu Galușcă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Dorin Bocșan made a huge save. In the 59th minute Ronaldinho Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Bocșan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Zanko Gerovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUCO TKS's supporters rose to their feet, but Zanko Gerovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorin Bocșan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ciprian Dragota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebiu Galușcă got free with Dorin Bocșan in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dave Finocchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Chinezu, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Eusebiu Galușcă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dorin Bocșan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Eusebiu Galușcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUCO TKS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
