When Cornel Boteanu fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceardac's protests and gave Cornel Boteanu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ceardac's Cornel Boteanu got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Pompiliu Rușanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Buteanu in the 20th minute of play forced Seciuri AS's goalkeeper Calistrat Silişteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calistrat Silişteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Malcoci in the 22nd minute of play. Augustin Malcoci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Calistrat Silişteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seciuri AS's Calistrat Silişteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Buteanu in the 25th minute of play. Codruț Marinică was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabian Hidișan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. Iordache Peter scored 3-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codruț Marinică, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ceardac's Augustin Malcoci got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Codruț Marinică made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Rușanu in the 44th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Pompiliu Rușanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Codruț Marinică. The goal made the score 4-0.

Augustin Malcoci in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Calistrat Silişteanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maxim Dinculescu struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Calistrat Silişteanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceardac. In the 61st minute, Augustin Malcoci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Silişteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. With his leg Calistrat Silişteanu managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Ceardac's Augustin Malcoci fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 66 minutes into the match, Seciuri AS's goalkeeper Calistrat Silişteanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustin Malcoci. A hard shot 68 in the game by Augustin Malcoci from a close distance when the talented Calistrat Silişteanu managed to make a qualified save. Seciuri AS's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Augustin Malcoci kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Calistrat Silişteanu. That made the score 4-3 in the 87 minute of play. Augustin Malcoci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Calistrat Silişteanu made a huge save. Calistrat Silişteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Buteanu in the 96th minute of the match. If Pompiliu Rușanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of Ceardac's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ceardac may have spent more time on the ball, but Seciuri AS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
