Ionuț Iulian did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Manole Piersic 4 minutes into the match. Ionuț Iulian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leczfalva's Ciprian Mihăilescu got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Augustin Alexandroae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ionuț Iulian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Manole Piersic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Crasnaseni's Dumitru Drăghincescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Panțâru in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Iulian in the 41st minute of play forced Leczfalva's goalkeeper Manole Piersic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silviu Panțâru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dumitru Drăghincescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silviu Panțâru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Silviu Panțâru made the kick off in the second half. Ferdinand Sasu's late challenge caught a Leczfalva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Sasu helped the player get up and apologised. Crasnaseni's Dumitru Drăghincescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Mihăilescu in the 55th minute of play. If Augustin Alexandroae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augustin Alexandroae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th match minute, Leczfalva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horaţiu Elisei to maneuver through the defense. Leczfalva's Manole Piersic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Iulian in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Crasnaseni's Ionuț Iulian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manole Piersic narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Alexandroae in the 72nd minute of play forced Leczfalva's goalkeeper Manole Piersic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes, Valeriu Chiru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leczfalva and the Crasnaseni players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute Silviu Panțâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Drăghincescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Augustin Alexandroae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manole Piersic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Iulian in the 87th minute of the match. Marian Tăzlăuanu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 89thth minute of the game Ionuț Iulian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leczfalva's Manole Piersic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Ionuț Iulian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Crasnaseni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leczfalva the free kick.
