Spectators: 7351 (Terracing: 5514, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tiberiu Macarie kicked off to start the match. After 8 minutes of play, Barcelona FC's Costică Donose made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nae Andrieșanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nae Andrieșanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Aldulea in the 10th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiberiu Macarie kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Oroian. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Barcelona FC's goalkeeper David Oroian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Costin Milescu. Once Upon a Time were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Barcelona FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Brășneanu took the corner. Victor Brășneanu made a great header on Once Upon a Time's corner, it was just that Barcelona FC's David Oroian managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Barcelona FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Costică Donose hit a great ball. Once Upon a Time's Tiberiu Macarie got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nae Andrieșanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costică Donose in the 25th minute of play. If Mădălin Ionaș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Costică Donose managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Costică Donose was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nae Andrieșanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nae Andrieșanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costică Donose in the 32nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Once Upon a Time's Mădălin Ionaș slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Oroian. That made the score 2-1 after 34 minutes of play. A collision led to Once Upon a Time getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Costin Milescu hit a great ball. The supporters of Barcelona FC booed when Once Upon a Time was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Pantilimon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Aldulea in the 44th minute of play forced Once Upon a Time's goalkeeper Nae Andrieșanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Costică Donose ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nae Andrieșanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pavel Aldulea was the one to do the kick off. Mădălin Ionaș might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Oroian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mădălin Ionaș ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pavel Aldulea in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nae Andrieșanu saved Once Upon a Time from getting behind. In the 62nd play minute Costică Donose came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nae Andrieșanu. 2-3. David Oroian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Macarie in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Pavel Aldulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costin Milescu struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. David Oroian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Once Upon a Time. Nae Andrieșanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costică Donose in the 75th minute. Nae Andrieșanu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sandu Zdrenghea. 81 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Macarie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Oroian. Barcelona FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiberiu Macarie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Pavel Aldulea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Macarie in the 88th minute of play forced Barcelona FC's goalkeeper David Oroian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Oroian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Milescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Victor Brășneanu hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Nae Andrieșanu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Victor Jder.
