Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Denis Cămătaru got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Moise Şumălan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balarii UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moise Şumălan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Moise Şumălan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sorin Ciorăscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denis Cămătaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Apetroaiei having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Ghizela's Sorin Ciorăscu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ştefan Rădvan. Ştefan Rădvan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ştefan Enătescu kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ghizela's Iulian Apetroaiei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Cămătaru in the 36th minute of play. Nicolae Flamaropol hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Moise Şumălan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iulian Apetroaiei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Cămătaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sorin Ciorăscu was the one to do the kick off. Toader Iorgulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ştefan Rădvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ştefan Rădvan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Ciorăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Toader Iorgulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ştefan Rădvan having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Balarii UFC got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Enătescu. Moise Şumălan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Iulian Apetroaiei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Balarii UFC's Moise Şumălan came free and shot a quick shot against goal 71 minutes in the game, fortunately Iulian Apetroaiei had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The audience was convinced that Sorin Ciorăscu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ştefan Rădvan was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Ştefan Rădvan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sorin Ciorăscu went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Ghizela booed when Balarii UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinu Diculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute Denis Cămătaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Apetroaiei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes of play, Balarii UFC's Moise Şumălan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iulian Apetroaiei was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ghizela had won after a very even match.
