Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eusebiu Atodiresei kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Bentid booed when Noul UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avram Emilianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bentid's Eusebiu Atodiresei got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petruț Taşcu during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albert Morozan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Penaru having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Noul UFC got a freekick which was hit by Avram Emilianu. Bentid's Olimpiu Blăniță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Damian in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Noul UFC's Emanuel Minea got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 33 played minutes Noul UFC got a freekick which was hit by Avram Emilianu. Laurențiu Stere, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bentid's zone, Eugen Damian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olimpiu Blăniță came out of the goal and Eugen Damian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bentid's Olimpiu Blăniță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Bentid from getting a goal against them. Albert Morozan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adam Penaru having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Olimpiu Blăniță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Vâlceanu in the 52nd minute of play. Florin Vâlceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the game, Albert Morozan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bentid's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Noul UFC the free kick. After 56 played minutes Bentid got a freekick which was hit by Albert Morozan. If Florin Vâlceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bentid's Mihai Costache got a free kick in the 60th minute. Bentid's Olimpiu Blăniță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Vâlceanu in the 61st minute of play. Olimpiu Blăniță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Damian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eusebiu Atodiresei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bentid's Albert Morozan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Olimpiu Blăniță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Damian in the 73rd minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Teodor Petran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Noul UFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bentid the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Noul UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Petran to maneuver through the defense. If Albert Morozan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Bentid's Eusebiu Atodiresei in the 82nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Adam Penaru was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Noul UFC through an amazing save. Albert Morozan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Adam Penaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bentid getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mihai Costache hit a great ball. In the 98th minute Eugen Damian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Blăniță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bentid eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
