The corner led FC ARINUL's Nechifor Iordan to fire away a dangerous shot which Luca Lăzan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, deCode F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Malcocea came free, but Luca Lăzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 21 minutes on the clock, Claudiu Dordea commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, FC ARINUL's Claudiu Dordea got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 吕正义 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Moșanu in the 26th minute of the match. Luca Lăzan was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Peter Bergqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peter Bergqvist really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Eliodor Malcocea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luca Lăzan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Eliodor Malcocea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42ndth minute of the game Eliodor Malcocea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but deCode F.C.'s Luca Lăzan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eliodor Malcocea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Liviu Teodoroiu to strike the kick off in the second half. FC ARINUL's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
