An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Nebunu in the 12th minute of play forced FC BRAILA's goalkeeper Șerban Iureș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Șerban Iureș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristinel Nebunu in the 14th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Bogdan Finteșteanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tudor Flintașu. Oravicsa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Finteșteanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Eusko Lerma might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tudor Flintașu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusko Lerma ran back to his position shaking his head. Șerban Iureș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Ilica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Finteșteanus short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Tudor Flintașu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bogdan Finteșteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Flintașu having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdinand Ilica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ferdinand Ilica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Șerban Iureș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Oravicsa's goal looked a bit too open when Eusko Lerma came free, but Tudor Flintașu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Eusko Lerma managed to get in a good position for a shot. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Finteșteanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tudor Flintașu was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Valdis Stelps blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tudor Flintașu having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Oravicsa's Valer Răchiteanu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Silviu Bungeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogdan Finteșteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Flintașu having to interfere.
