Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Anton Haidău started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Robert Comarnescu kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Anton Haidău managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pafrusesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Haidău was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luca Niță made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radu Crețu in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Curtuiuseni's Marin Ghișe got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Eduard Turcescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Turcescu couldn't finish the play. Tiberiu Papaiani hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Marin Ghișe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasile Gherguț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduard Turcescu's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Curtuiuseni's Marin Ghișe got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduard Turcescu in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vasile Gherguț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Pafrusesti players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Curtuiuseni were winning 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eduard Turcescu to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Pafrusesti's zone, Dinu Colin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasile Gherguț came out of the goal and Dinu Colin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Comarnescu hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Curtuiuseni's goal looked a bit too open when Radu Crețu came free, but Luca Niță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Pafrusesti's Niculae Lupescu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luca Niță was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute, Dinu Colin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vasile Gherguț. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 94th minute, Emilian Albescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Curtuiuseni players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
