Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernest Boia kicked off to start the match. Niculae Apetroaiei took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vasile Gherguț. Vasile Gherguț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Mihăiţă Avramescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Haidău, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Rebcos Ciuchici's Niculae Apetroaiei got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vasile Gherguț made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Niculae Apetroaiei sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Rebcos Ciuchici booed when Pafrusesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radu Crețu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihăiţă Avramescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Crețu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Niculae Apetroaiei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vasile Gherguț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Boia in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pafrusesti's zone, Niculae Apetroaiei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasile Gherguț came out of the goal and Niculae Apetroaiei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vasile Gherguț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Boia in the 40th minute of the match. Niculae Apetroaiei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Vasile Gherguț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Rebcos Ciuchici's Ernest Boia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vasile Gherguț narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vasile Gherguț was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Ernest Boia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ernest Boia really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anton Haidău to strike the kick off in the second half. Niculae Apetroaiei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasile Gherguț having to interfere. Vasile Gherguț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Boia in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Rebcos Ciuchici getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Gavril Iacobeanu hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Pafrusesti's goal looked a bit too open when Niculae Apetroaiei came free, but Vasile Gherguț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pafrusesti's goalkeeper Vasile Gherguț, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernest Boia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vasile Gherguț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Pafrusesti got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Pătrășcanu. Vasile Gherguț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Boia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Ernest Boia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rebcos Ciuchici's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernest Boia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasile Gherguț breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rebcos Ciuchici's Ivan Copil was substituted for Niculae Apetroaiei. In the 81st minute, Rareș Pătrășcanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Cristi Buș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Anton Haidău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihăiţă Avramescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ernest Boia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vasile Gherguț was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Copil in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vasile Gherguț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Copil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasile Gherguț having to interfere. Rebcos Ciuchici walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
