Singeorge's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Traian Băsescu in the 5th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Octav Stelaru to score against Emilian Marica in Cerisor SC's goal. 0-1 after 6 minutes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilian Mărăscu in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilian Marica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Codrin Ivăncioiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilian Marica. Cerisor SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Codrin Ivăncioiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of Singeorge booed when Cerisor SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Gorcea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Codrin Ivăncioiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilian Marica was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codrin Ivăncioiu in the 32nd minute of play forced Cerisor SC's goalkeeper Emilian Marica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Codrin Ivăncioiu put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Emilian Marica. Emilian Marica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilian Mărăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

Octav Stelaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 52 minutes, Gelu Şuţu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cerisor SC and the Singeorge players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Singeorge booed when Cerisor SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelu Şuţu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 played minutes Cerisor SC got a freekick which was hit by Vlad Pătran. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Traian Pădure managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerisor SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Traian Pădure was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Stelea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Codrin Ivăncioiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilian Marica having to make a save. Traian Pădure kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Emilian Mărăscu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emilian Marica, 0-6. In the 74th minute, Codrin Ivăncioiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emilian Marica. The goal made the score 0-7. Emilian Mărăscu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-8 via right post in the game's 77th minute. Singeorge's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Emilian Mărăscu scored 0-9 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilian Marica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th match minute, Cerisor SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codrin Gorcea to maneuver through the defense. Emilian Mărăscu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilian Marica having to make a save. When Eugen Gogea fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Singeorge's protests and gave Eugen Gogea a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Singeorge getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eugen Gogea hit a great ball. After 89 played minutes, Cerisor SC's Stelian Constantiniu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cerisor SC reached it. After 93 played minutes, Cerisor SC's Vlad Pătran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cerisor SC reached it. Eugen Gogea kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Traian Pădure came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Cerisor SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Traian Pădure couldn't finish the play. Singeorge's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
