Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Traian Pădure took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Cristinel Racoviceanu fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nocrich's protests and gave Cristinel Racoviceanu a yellow card for diving instead. Cristinel Racoviceanu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes Cerisor SC got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Constantiniu. After 11 played minutes Cristinel Racoviceanu shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Cerisor SC's Emilian Marica to catch but Cristinel Racoviceanu was lucky. It became 0-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. The audience was convinced that Niculae Babarada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilian Marica was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Burdujan in the 16th minute of play forced Cerisor SC's goalkeeper Emilian Marica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Babarada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Marica having to interfere. Emanuel Hurdubețiu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ionică Ilieș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Pădure, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Traian Pădure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilian Marica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Burdujan in the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Niculae Babarada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Emilian Marica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radu Macavei in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilian Marica saved Cerisor SC from getting behind. Niculae Babarada might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilian Marica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niculae Babarada ran back to his position shaking his head. Emilian Marica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Burdujan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilian Marica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florin Burdujan went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Emanuel Hurdubețiu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Cerisor SC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florin Burdujan made a kick off. Niculae Babarada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilian Marica read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Pădure in the 56th minute of play forced Nocrich's goalkeeper Ionică Ilieș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Babarada scored 0-4 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilian Marica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Niculae Babarada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Cerisor SC's goalkeeper Emilian Marica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niculae Babarada. A collision led to Nocrich getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mihăiţă Brumă hit a great ball. Emanuel Hurdubețiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ionică Ilieș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niculae Babarada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Emilian Marica managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Nocrich's Niculae Babarada fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emanuel Hurdubețiu struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ionică Ilieș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerisor SC. With a little luck, Cerisor SC's Emilian Marica got control of the ball when Niculae Babarada tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Nocrich booed when Cerisor SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelu Şuţu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niculae Babarada in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emilian Marica, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Niculae Babarada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Emilian Marica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Burdujan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gelu Şuţu charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gelu Şuţu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Gelu Şuţu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Florin Burdujan came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Nocrich fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Burdujan couldn't finish the play. Nocrich's Mihăiţă Măgherușan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emilian Marica but with some difficulty. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nocrich walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
