But to his dismay, Ferdinand Manciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Virgil Pitiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Pârlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavius Savu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Manciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Pârlea in the 17th minute of play forced FC MONOLIT BRAILA's goalkeeper Virgil Pitiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC MONOLIT BRAILA's Virgil Pitiș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matei Gaiță in the 23rd minute of play. Virgil Pitiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panait Pârlea in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Eugen Uncheşu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute Horia Poplăcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugur Anghelescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Andreescu hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Petre Ivașcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MONOLIT BRAILA's supporters rose to their feet, but Petre Ivașcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mugur Anghelescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC MONOLIT BRAILA's Romeo Hâncu got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Eugen Uncheşu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mugur Anghelescu. The goal made the score 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Eugen Uncheşu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MONOLIT BRAILA's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Uncheşu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mugur Anghelescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Panait Pârlea to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Flavius Savu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgil Pitiș was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. When Olimpiu Dridu fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC MONOLIT BRAILA's protests and gave Olimpiu Dridu a yellow card for diving instead. Olimpiu Dridu hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Belciugu AFC's Panait Pârlea came free and shot a quick shot against goal 69 minutes in the game, fortunately Virgil Pitiș had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Mugur Anghelescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petre Ivașcu in the 71st minute of the match. Marian Andreescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Virgil Pitiș made a huge save. A hard shot 78 in the game by Panait Pârlea from a close distance when the talented Virgil Pitiș managed to make a qualified save. FC MONOLIT BRAILA's players were relieved. FC MONOLIT BRAILA's Virgil Pitiș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Andreescu in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, FC MONOLIT BRAILA's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Andreescu came free, but Virgil Pitiș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Belciugu AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
