An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Purcărete in the 8th minute of play forced Fc Leii Albi's goalkeeper Gigi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Miheș stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Purcărete's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Eduard Sasu made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Lucian Bivol sent off a good shot on target. Gigi Miheș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Purcărete in the 15th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Mihail Purcărete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Onesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihail Purcărete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mihail Purcărete kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, FC Onesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Croitoru to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Purcărete in the 22nd minute of play forced Fc Leii Albi's goalkeeper Gigi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fc Leii Albi's Gigi Miheș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Leii Albi from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Chivu in the 58th minute of play forced Fc Leii Albi's goalkeeper Gigi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute of the match FC Onesti got a corner. Fc Leii Albi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag.
