Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrei Nisporeanu's late challenge caught a F.C CARINA-MARIA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrei Nisporeanu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Remet CSM getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Andrei Nisporeanu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Mihnea Ciocoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Remet CSM's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihnea Ciocoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petru Mardarescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sandu Petculescu made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Gavril Chifu sent off a good shot on target. Petru Mardarescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihnea Ciocoiu in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Remet CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Nisporeanu to maneuver through the defense. Iosif Cruceru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrei Nisporeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Petru Mardarescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Cruceru in the 36th minute of play. Iosif Cruceru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petru Mardarescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Ciocoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iosif Cruceru during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Remet CSM's Iosif Cruceru got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iosif Cruceru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Petru Mardarescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Cruceru in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Iosif Cruceru fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Petru Mardarescu, passed just outside the right post. Andrei Nisporeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petru Mardarescu having to interfere. Mihnea Ciocoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petru Mardarescu having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, F.C CARINA-MARIA's goalkeeper Petru Mardarescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihnea Ciocoiu. During the 70th minute of the match Andrei Nisporeanu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Andrei Nisporeanu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of F.C CARINA-MARIA booed when Remet CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Nisporeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petru Mardarescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihnea Ciocoiu in the 73rd minute. The referee showed Călin Arseni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Mihnea Ciocoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, F.C CARINA-MARIA's goalkeeper Petru Mardarescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihnea Ciocoiu. When Călin Arseni came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Remet CSM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Călin Arseni couldn't finish the play. Despite being the better team, Remet CSM failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
