Atirnati's Mihnea Coșmeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Sava in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match, Fernan Mederi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mihnea Coșmeanu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 12 minutes into the match, Atirnati's goalkeeper Mihnea Coșmeanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernan Mederi. Ştefan Strungă kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Mihnea Coșmeanu made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Fernan Mederi sent off a good shot on target. Martin Simionaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Alb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, AdiPreda FC's Vintilă Iliescu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vintilă Iliescu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AdiPreda FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vintilă Iliescu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AdiPreda FC! Martin Simionaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doru Cojocaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. AdiPreda FC's Fernan Mederi got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The wind increased when Doru Cojocaru made the kick off in the second half. Martin Simionaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Cojocaru in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Doru Cojocaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Simionaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Șeicaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ovidiu Șeicaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isac Mărculescu during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Atirnati getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Isac Mărculescu hit a great ball. Manole Alb received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Simionaş came out and tried to block the shot, but Manole Alb slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 64th minute. If Fernan Mederi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pompiliu Matei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Coșmeanu having to interfere. Pompiliu Matei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Pompiliu Matei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Manole Alb made a precise shot to the right of Martin Simionaş. AdiPreda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Atirnati walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
