Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Valer Ştefănucă kicked off to start the match. A hard shot 2 in the game by Iacob Mâinea from a close distance when the talented Pompiliu Băcioiu managed to make a qualified save. Poruinica CSM's players were relieved. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Team's goalkeeper Avram Aplugăriței, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narcis Cercelescu during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Real Team got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Cercelescu. 13 minutes into the match, Real Team's Stelian Surdilă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pompiliu Băcioiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pompiliu Băcioiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Surdilă in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Surdilă in the 25th minute of play forced Poruinica CSM's goalkeeper Pompiliu Băcioiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Dumitru Cojocaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Poruinica CSM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Team the free kick. After 32 played minutes Poruinica CSM got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Cojocaru. Iacob Mâinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pompiliu Băcioiu having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Stelian Surdilă took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Pompiliu Băcioiu to make any attempt to save it. If Dumitru Cojocaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Real Team's Stelian Surdilă in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Poruinica CSM's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Octavian Encescu kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. The supporters of Real Team booed when Poruinica CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petre Luncașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Team's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Valer Ştefănucă 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. If Dumitru Cojocaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valer Ştefănucă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Valer Ştefănucă came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Poruinica CSM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valer Ştefănucă couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Real Team defense, Dumitru Cojocaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avram Aplugăriței. The Real Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avram Aplugăriței should have stopped the shot. If Valer Ştefănucă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valer Ştefănucă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valer Ştefănucă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Poruinica CSM's Petre Luncașu got a free kick in the 95th minute. Pompiliu Băcioiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iacob Mâinea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
