Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alin Raicu kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurel Pană got free with Manuel Chiuzbaian in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Chiuzbaian was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Mihnea Hapaina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mihnea Hapaina really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Manuel Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Hapaina, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Barcelona Slatina! White Sharks were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after FC Barcelona Slatina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aurel Pană took the corner. 21 minutes into the match, Petruț Agulescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Manuel Chiuzbaian, 3-0. With his leg Manuel Chiuzbaian managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when White Sharks's Mihnea Hapaina fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sever Tapalagă charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sever Tapalagă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mihnea Hapaina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Chiuzbaian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, FC Barcelona Slatina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Aanicăi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alin Raicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barcelona Slatina's supporters rose to their feet, but Alin Raicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mário Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, Alin Raicu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Spirea in the 46th minute of play forced White Sharks's goalkeeper Mário Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute of the match, Petruț Agulescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manuel Chiuzbaian saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihnea Hapaina to strike the kick off in the second half. If Mihnea Hapaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Moreira made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Mihăiţă Spirea sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 60 minutes, Alin Raicu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Barcelona Slatina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alin Raicu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manuel Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Agulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When Mihnea Hapaina came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the White Sharks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihnea Hapaina couldn't finish the play. Mihăiţă Spirea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Mário Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Mihăiţă Spirea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mário Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Sever Tapalagă hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mihăiţă Spirea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Mário Moreira made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Älibala Amanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Aurel Pană hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of White Sharks booed when FC Barcelona Slatina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihăiţă Spirea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona Slatina's goal looked a bit too open when Mihnea Hapaina came free, but Manuel Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurel Pană kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The White Sharks fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Barcelona Slatina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
