After having played for 77 minutes, Irinel Ilie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Valahia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irinel Ilie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vintilă Encuțu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Horaţiu Bârlă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vintilă Encuțu went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. If Nicolae Berceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over F.C RVL could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Valahia throughout the match.
