An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Fundătoreanu in the 12th minute of play forced Bartasesti's goalkeeper Romeo Țepeluș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Țepeluș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelian Stroie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartasesti's Romeo Țepeluș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Fundătoreanu in the 19th minute of play. Eusebiu Marchiș's late challenge caught a Osmanu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebiu Marchiș helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bartasesti's Eusebiu Marchiș got a free kick in the 25th minute. The supporters of Bartasesti booed when Osmanu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Călin Vochin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horia Botescu during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Ştefan Urduban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Horia Botescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iosif Muntean was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Osmanu's Toader Negură got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Filip Neculuță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Țepeluș was a little too slow when Aurelian Stroie got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Osmanu's zone, Dantae Monzonis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Muntean came out of the goal and Dantae Monzonis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Horia Botescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iosif Muntean. Osmanu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horia Botescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. A collision led to Osmanu getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Maxim Alupoaie hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bartasesti had won after a very even match.
