Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dan Chirea got the match started through his kick off. Șerban Calomfir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Laurențiu Velicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Șerban Calomfir in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laurențiu Velicu saved Untarei from getting behind. Alexandru Dumitrana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Chirea in the 10th minute of play. Leonard Barascu charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Barascu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Untarei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciprian Comarnescu to maneuver through the defense. Laurențiu Velicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Mureșan in the 18th minute of play. Dan Chirea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Dumitrana having to interfere. Șerban Calomfir scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laurențiu Velicu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexandru Dumitrana was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Dan Chirea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dan Chirea really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Casinul's Romeo Turcan got a free kick in the 34th minute. Laurențiu Velicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Șerban Calomfir, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Damian Mureșan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Călin Spirea's late challenge caught a Casinul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Călin Spirea helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Untarei getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Călin Spirea hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Dan Chirea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandru Dumitrana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Ciprian Comarnescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Untarei's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Comarnescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Untarei's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Șerban Calomfir 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Chirea in the 74th minute of play forced Casinul's goalkeeper Alexandru Dumitrana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Călin Spirea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Călin Spirea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Chirea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Dumitrana having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Untarei's goalkeeper Laurențiu Velicu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Mureșan. In the 87th minute, Damian Mureșan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Untarei getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ciprian Comarnescu hit a great ball. Casinul's Damian Mureșan got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dan Chirea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Dumitrana having to interfere. Damian Mureșan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 98th playminute. Casinul's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
