Steaua Bucuresti's Stelian Bitănescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Tecău in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jarostea AFC's Luís Guilherme Sampaio got a free kick in the 74th minute. Maxim Bitanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Bercea having to interfere. Marian Wozniak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Stelian Bitănescu made a huge save. Steaua Bucuresti's Stelian Bitănescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Steaua Bucuresti from getting a goal against them. Stelian Bitănescu made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Marian Wozniak sent off a good shot on target. Marian Wozniak scored 0-6 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stelian Bitănescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jarostea AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
