Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lionial Messi in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Feroiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25thth minute of the game Lionial Messi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PETROLUL PLOIESTI's Andrei Feroiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute, Petrică Ichimescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of PETROLUL PLOIESTI booed when ECHIPA BUNA -Stiinta- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionut Bogdan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrei Feroiu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jerold Darroja. Lionial Messi took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrei Feroiu. Andrei Feroiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Lionial Messi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andrei Feroiu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lionial Messi struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. The ECHIPA BUNA -Stiinta- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. PETROLUL PLOIESTI's Andrei Feroiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save PETROLUL PLOIESTI from getting a goal against them. Lionial Messi might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrei Feroiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lionial Messi ran back to his position shaking his head. PETROLUL PLOIESTI's Dacian Coidum got his second yellow card of the match in the 96th minute. The referee ordered Dacian Coidum off the ground. Dacian Coidum hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Lionial Messi in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andrei Feroiu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
