Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lucrețiu Hațegan made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th match minute, Cazacii CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Burdea to maneuver through the defense. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Măgurean showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gauriciu's players were relieved. 16 minutes into the game, Lucian Cociubei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gauriciu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cazacii CSM the free kick. After 17 played minutes Gauriciu got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Cociubei. Emanuel Măgurean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Cristian, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute Lucrețiu Hațegan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Măgurean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Udroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristinel Siadbei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sever Vasilian showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Udroiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucian Cociubei hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Gauriciu got a freekick which was hit by Horea Bâlea. Thanks to some nice moves Edgar Cristian could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Emanuel Măgurean however easily saved by the left post. In the 92nd minute, Edgar Cristian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Măgurean was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.
