In the 32nd minute Iosif Hurezan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Rednic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iosif Hurezan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teodor Stoicea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Vasile Rednic made a huge save. 54 minutes into the match, Macelarul's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Caba came free, but Petruț Florean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 played minutes Macelarul got a freekick which was hit by Nistor Măcrinici. Vasile Rednic stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iosif Hurezan's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sipoteni AS's zone, Teodor Stoicea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasile Rednic came out of the goal and Teodor Stoicea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vasile Rednic made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Teodor Stoicea sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, Manuel Mustăcilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Sipoteni AS players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
