Mircea Stamatiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristi Țepelea in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, S.S. Uchiha's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Ceaușu came free, but Matei Băsescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Ceaușu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matei Băsescu having to interfere. Uchiha's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, S.S. Uchiha's Dragoş Mudura got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Fabian Grigorie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matei Băsescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 47th minute, Fabian Ceaușu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Matei Băsescu. The goal made the score 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Panait Babeș hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Holod UFC's Flavius Perșa in action when he in the 54th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! If Fabian Ceaușu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Ceaușu in the 61st minute of play forced S.S. Uchiha's goalkeeper Matei Băsescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Fabian Grigorie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Holod UFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Matei Băsescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Grigorie's shot from short distance in the 67th minute.
